Lead operational excellence as the Logistics Site Manager for Neovia, overseeing facilities and ensuring safety. As the Logistics Site Manager (LSM) at Neovia, you'll manage a facility or cluster to achieve operational, health and safety, and financial goals. Your role demands strong leadership as you execute strategies aligned with the Neovia Operating System. Focus on continuous improvement, productivity initiatives, and building strong customer relationships to enhance P&L performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and administration for assigned facilities
• Execute regional strategy for facility enhancement
• Develop comprehensive operations budget to exceed prior results
• Monitor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies like OSHA and DOT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of relevant management experience
• Experience in 3PL services desirable
• Understanding of ERP/WMS systems
• Ability to travel up to 30%
