Multi-Entity Financial Controller

Own multi-entity accounting operations as a hands-on Controller in Baker Tilly’s Windsor office, applying close management and variance analysis expertise.This permanent, full-time Controller role oversees accounting execution across multiple legal entities. You will manage month-end close, prepare reliable financial statements, and strengthen reporting discipline. The position requires CPA certification, advanced Excel skills, and progressive full-cycle accounting experience.Key Responsibilities:
Own month-end close across multiple legal entitiesDeliver review-ready income statements, balance sheets, and cash flowsComplete journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliationsPrepare management reporting packages and variance analysisOversee payroll processing, ROEs, and year-end T4 filingsRequirements:
University degree in Accounting or BusinessCPA designation requiredSeven-plus years of progressive accounting experienceExperience with full-cycle close and group accountingAdvanced Excel and financial data management capabilitiesBring CPA-led close ownership, reporting accuracy, and multi-entity accounting experience to Baker Tilly’s Windsor team.
