Senior Instrumentation Engineer Nuclear Sector

Drive advancements in nuclear energy with Sargent & Lundy as a Senior Instrumentation Engineer. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with remote innovation. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll engage in the design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems critical to nuclear power plants. You will prepare technical specifications and use data-driven tools to enhance workflows. This position also involves site visits for practical design verification and coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design for nuclear instrumentation systems
• Create specifications for control systems procurement
• Utilize modern automation methods for engineering solutions
• Coordinate site verification and assist in outage periods
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional engineering team

Requirements:

• BS or MS in relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant design engineering experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eligibility for U.S. export-controlled information access
• OPG security clearance (preferred but not mandatory)
