Growth-Focused Sales Executive Role

Join Marsh Risk as a Sales Executive within the Growth team in a hybrid format, based out of Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton. Your focus will be on new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. You will be responsible for managing a mid-sized book of business, focusing on both new logo acquisition and existing account growth. Leveraging your strong network of finance professionals, you’ll develop effective sales strategies and conduct market research. Your role includes creating competitive proposals that align with client expectations while ensuring compliance with policies and pricing. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance a diverse Property & Casualty book of business
- Execute sales strategies aligned with client needs
- Analyze markets to identify new opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive analyses for competitive proposals
- Address issues while maintaining client rapport
- Proven management skills in Property & Casualty insurance
- Strong success in client acquisition and retention
- Established connections within local finance communities
- Excellent strategic and analytical capabilities
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability
