Director of Claims Operations & Transformation

Canadian Branch of American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida is seeking a Director to lead and transform its growing Canadian claims operation across creditor, travel insurance, credit card, mobile device protection, and home warranty lines.
Reporting to the AVP, Canadian Operations, the Director will drive automation, scalable process design, and a high-performance culture while ensuring high-quality claims outcomes as the business expands.
