Canaccord Genuity Corp. seeks an Associate for its Mining Investment Banking group. This position supports advisory and financing transactions across the mining sector. The work includes analysis, transaction materials, company research, due diligence, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support advisory and financing transactions in the mining sector
- Perform financial, value, and detailed modeling analysis
- Prepare presentation and offering materials for transactions
- Research company and industry dynamics
- Conduct due diligence and market transactions
Requirements:
- University degree in a business-related discipline
- At least two years of similar investment banking experience
- Experience in M&A and corporate finance preferred
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills
- Strong written communication, diligence, and prioritization abilities
