Lead the design transformation at MaintainX as a Senior Product Designer focusing on AI. Create streamlined, user-friendly tools for web and mobile by collaborating with teams. MaintainX is searching for a Senior Product Designer to enhance its AI-first approach. With your extensive experience in product design and knowledge of AI technology, you will transform ambiguous workflows into clear, effective designs for maintenance and operational efficiency. Your involvement will help create a consistent, scalable design system. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete design workflow for AI applications
- Transform complex AI problems into user-friendly designs
- Foster a robust and reusable design system
- Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders
- Utilize AI tools to enhance design quality
- Minimum of 6 years in B2B SaaS product design
- Proven experience in designing AI features
- Strong visual design skills across various elements
- Excellent storytelling capabilities in presentations
- Fluent English skills for effective communication
