Assistant Director – Digital Health Transformation Office

SGH is looking for a bold, forward-thinking leader to drive our digital health transformation journey. As Assistant Director you will lead enterprise-level projects spanning robotics, automation, and integrated digital solutions—from business case development through full operationalisation. You will partner with clinical teams, operational stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless technology adoption, while keeping pace with national and institutional healthcare strategies. As a people leader, you will also mentor and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level digital health projects from conception to operationalisation.
• Partner with clinical teams, operational stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure seamless technology adoption aligned with national and institutional strategies.
• Mentor and develop the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of hospital operations (clinical/support function).
• Qualifications in related field studies applicable to the role (e.g., MSc Innovation Management, Human Factors, MBA) preferred.
• Certification or knowledge in Lean, project management, or other relevant expertise preferred.
• Experience managing vendors.
• Task driven, excellent communicator, comfortable facilitating discussions across all levels of the organisation.
• Solid planning, analytical, and organisational skills.
