- Customize and configure Salesforce Field Services offerings
- Create comprehensive architectural and design documentation
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using web services
- Proactively manage and report project status
- Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking user stories and issues
- 10+ years in Salesforce Field Services development
- Proficient in architecture and technical documentation
- Operational experience in OPS
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Necessary Salesforce certifications required
