Offset Press Feeder (Day Shift)

Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who has a proven track record at feeding offset Heidelburg presses and is looking to become a press operator? Join our team as a Offset Press Feeder (Day Shift) , where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless press operations and exceptional product quality. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating and maintaining the feeder section of the offset press.
• Assist in completing press machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.
• Perform routine preventative and operational maintenance and minor repairs to equipment.
• Remove and clean plates and cylinder at end of press run.
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as required

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

3-5 Years of Experience as a Tier 2 Press Assistant, Feeder, or Press Helper on Heidelberg Offset Press

Skills

• Previous experience as a Press Operator will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP will be considered an asset
• Strong safety-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
