Gérer le personnel et assigner les tâches
Déterminer les besoins en personnel
Résoudre les problèmes qui peuvent survenir, y compris les demandes des clients, les plaintes et les ruptures d'approvisionnement
Recruter, embaucher et superviser le personnel et/ou des bénévoles
Vendre de la marchandise
Offrir la formation au personnel
Exécuter des tâches liées à l'ouverture et à la fermeture de l'établissement
Faire la caisse et effectuer des dépôts
Fournir le service à la clientèle
Compléter des transactions de vente
Planification et élaboration des plans des ressources humaines
Assembler et installer la marchandise ou les produits
Planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les opérations journalières
