Paid Search Campaign Coordinator

Paid search campaign coordination at Starcom combines SEM, data analysis, and optimization within a global communications planning agency in Canada.
As a Search Coordinator, you will support planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for paid search campaigns. You will work with the Search team across major platforms, managing keywords, budgets, targeting, and performance data. The position develops digital marketing, paid media, and performance analytics expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns against performance goals
- Assist campaign setup, trafficking, and quality assurance
- Manage keywords, ad copy, extensions, and audience targeting
- Analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop reports and communicate actionable insights
Requirements:
- Strong interest in digital marketing and search engine marketing
- Analytical mindset focused on data and performance metrics
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Google Ads or similar platforms is an asset
