Civil Superintendent Driving Project Excellence and Safety

Drive excellence in construction as a Civil Superintendent. Ensure quality delivery of projects within timelines and safety standards, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. In this role, you will report to the Construction Manager, coordinating all aspects of project execution. You will work with EHS teams to uphold safety policies, manage schedules, and engage with various stakeholders to maintain progress. Your leadership will contribute to a positive workplace culture focused on development and inclusion across all teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bid processes and validate estimates
- Create and manage detailed project schedules
- Collaborate to implement EHS programs on-site
- Communicate regularly with all project participants
- Identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience
- Technical qualification via trade or education
- Strong leadership background in diverse settings
- Ability to organize complex tasks and teams
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
