Pay Rate: $24.21/Hr

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and support security staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all security duties are completed according to site policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor site security operations.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Review and complete reports accurately and on time.
• Provide coaching and guidance to security team members.
• Liaise with client representatives, tenants, visitors, and emergency services when required.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certification.
• Valid Class G Driver's Licence with a clean Driver's Abstract.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong report writing and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
