In this pivotal role, you will lead system analysis and programming activities, ensuring application design aligns with architecture standards. Collaborate with management to define system enhancements and develop impactful solutions through in-depth analysis and risk assessment. Your role also includes mentoring other developers and maintaining coding standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with management to achieve integration goals
• Analyze complex business processes for solution development
• Ensure applications adhere to established architecture blueprints
• Develop coding and testing procedures based on best practices
• Mentor mid-level developers and manage project workloads
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Expertise in Java and contemporary frameworks
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Educational background in computer science or related field
