Strategic Global Total Rewards Director

JUST HR has been engaged to recruit a Director of Total Rewards for a publicly traded global client. The role leads the design, implementation and management of broad compensation, executive pay, incentives, benefits, wellness and recognition programs on a global, matrixed basis.
The successful candidate will bring 15+ years in compensation and benefits, with board-level experience, and will drive a competitive rewards strategy.
