Front Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that our dishes are prepared to perfection while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality of food served.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
• Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.

Skills

• Experience in the food industry, particularly in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
