In this full-time position, you will oversee critical relationships with Principals to ensure double-digit growth in LBB Specialties’ Industrial unit. Your expertise will guide the execution of strategies that develop supplier partnerships and expand the product portfolio. Lead, mentor, and manage Principal Managers while fostering cross-departmental collaboration to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategically manage relationships with identified Principals
• Develop annual principal strategy plans and growth goals
• Perform portfolio gap analysis to initiate new principal activities
• Track and report on monthly performance against plans
• Act as a technical resource for the sales team
Requirements:
• 7+ years in business development or commercial experience
• Knowledge of Industrial Specialties market trends
• Experience managing global principal relationships
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proactive approach to achieving results
