Join our dynamic legal team as a Legal Assistant specializing in Labour and Employment. This remote full-time role requires 6+ years of experience and skills in document drafting and file management. We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to efficiently handle legal documents and support our lawyers in Vancouver, BC. You will manage files, diary dates, and prepare monthly accounts, ensuring seamless practice management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Manage files from opening to closing
- Diarize important dates and maintain calendars
- Prepare monthly accounts and expense reports
- Coordinate administrative tasks and marketing initiatives
- Minimum 6 years of legal assistant experience
- Expertise in Labour and Employment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and document management
- Excellent grammar, composition, and editing skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
