Quality Assurance Manager Iso 9001

Lead ISO 9001 quality systems onsite in East End, Toronto, using audit leadership and CAPA expertise across precision manufacturing operations.This senior Quality Assurance Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer and owns the organization’s Quality Management System. You will maintain compliance, strengthen manufacturing processes, and improve accountability across production, engineering, and supply chain. The work centers on audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and improvement of the Quality Management SystemMaintain ISO 9001 and regulatory quality complianceLead internal, external, customer, and certification auditsManage non-conformances, CAPA, and effectiveness verificationReport QMS performance, risks, and priorities to leadershipRequirements:
10+ years in manufacturing quality or QMS leadershipStrong ISO 9001 knowledge and audit experienceExpertise in root cause analysis and CAPAExperience improving QMS documentation and quality controlsRelevant education in Quality, Engineering, or related disciplineBring ISO 9001 expertise, audit leadership, and corrective-action discipline to strengthen manufacturing quality in Toronto.
