High-Precision CNC Programmer Needed

Join a fast-paced environment as a CNC Programmer specializing in high-precision machining. You will design and implement CNC processes ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality. In this role, reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll utilize your 5+ years of CNC programming and significant Mastercam experience. With strong project management skills, your focus will be on optimizing machining strategies and collaborating across teams to refine processes for maximum effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop process plans based on customer specifications
• Verify toolpaths using simulation software
• Create and prove CNC programs for milling machines
• Design fixtures and gauges for improved quality
• Keep thorough records and documentation

Requirements:

• Technical certificate or apprenticeship preferred
• 10+ years of milling experience, aerospace/defense a plus
• Mastery of Mastercam including 5+ years in CNC programming
• Familiarity with Vericut or NS Simulator
• Strong grasp of GD&T and inspection standards
