Hr Manager Employee Relations

Lead HR guidance across Hendrix Genetics business units, using employee relations expertise and workforce insights to support a positive employee experience. Partner with leaders across Ontario and beyond.As HR Manager, you will provide operational leadership and strategic partnership across the employee lifecycle. Your work spans recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, compensation, retention, and engagement. You will use sound judgment, data, and consistent processes to align people practices with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
Provide practical HR guidance to leaders and managersGuide performance, attendance, conduct, and workplace concernsSupport recruitment, selection, onboarding, and candidate experienceManage employee relations enquiries with fairness and consistencyMaintain confidentiality as a trusted HR partnerRequirements:
Post-secondary education in human resourcesFive or more years of progressive HR experienceExperience across recruitment, employee relations, performance, and talent developmentStrong reasoning, communication, and customer service skillsExperience using HRIS, ATS, and other HR toolsBring trusted employee relations guidance, strategic partnership, and data-informed HR leadership to Hendrix Genetics business units.
