Lead digital and influencer solutions for OMG clients, primarily across Montreal and Canada. Build relationships while optimizing measurable marketing results.As a Client Solutions Manager, you will develop and deliver OMG Outcomes and Creo Solutions for clients. You will manage cross-functional programs, integrate agency and client teams, and recommend strategic solutions. Your work spans digital, programmatic, social, influencer, and measurement offerings.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as solutions expert across principal and specialized offeringsDevelop client-tier sales strategies and tactical plansIdentify needs and recommend best-fit solutionsLead product onboarding, activation, and campaign deliveryTrack adoption, satisfaction, revenue impact, and campaign insightsRequirements:
Degree in marketing, business, or related fieldThree or more years for Manager experienceExpertise in at least two media platform areasUnderstanding of media measurement and performance analysisExperience with client relationships, growth, and digital platformsApply digital media, measurement, and relationship management expertise to deliver OMG Solutions and measurable client outcomes across Canada.
