Strategic Carrier Manager at Lush

Elevate Lush's logistics as a Strategic Carrier Manager in Etobicoke, Ontario. Lead carrier relationships and develop high-performing teams for effective transportation services in North America. In this full-time role, you will be pivotal in Lush's logistics strategy, managing carrier sourcing, negotiations, and performance management. You will collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring transportation capacity meets operational needs. A creative and dynamic individual aligned with Lush's values will thrive in this position. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a strategic transportation carrier network
Lead, coach, and mentor team members for growth
Negotiate carrier contracts and rates with stakeholders
Analyze carrier spend to identify risks and opportunities
Foster collaboration with cross-functional partners on capacity needs

Requirements:

5+ years in logistics, transportation, or carrier management
3+ years in a leadership role with a proven record in development
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
Proven cost-saving track records in a similar field
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
