En tant qu'analyste senior au sein de l'équipe Risques à la Banque Nationale, vous serez le spécialiste des dossiers successoraux. Vous fournirez des conseils aux firmes clientes tout en vous assurant de la conformité réglementaire. Ce rôle implique également une gestion efficace des dossiers complexes, ainsi qu'une collaboration étroite avec plusieurs équipes internes. Key Responsibilities:
- Conseiller les firmes sur les procédures et exigences réglementaires
- Gérer des dossiers successoraux complexes jusqu’à leur résolution
- Évaluer des risques et recommander des escalades quand nécessaire
- Collaborer avec Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams
- Identifier des enjeux récurrents et proposer des améliorations
- Expertise en administration des successions et courtage
- Expérience en gestion des risques, au moins 5 ans
- Compétences en communication et collaboration
- Capacité d’analyses complexes et escalade pertinente
- Expérience en création d’outils de formation
