We're Hiring: Line Cook -
Are you passionate about real Italian food and ready to bring your culinary skills to a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen? We're looking for a dedicated Line Cook with experience in authentic Italian cuisine to join our team!
Experience: Previous experience in Italian kitchens preferred
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking traditional Italian dishes with fresh ingredients
- Working closely with our chefs to ensure quality, consistency, and speed
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Helping to prep for service and contributing to a positive kitchen environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a line cook (Italian cuisine strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of classic Italian ingredients, techniques, and recipes
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy environment
- Experience using fresh herbs, cheeses, cured meats, and regional ingredients
- Knife skills and understanding of proper cooking methods (sautéing, grilling, roasting)
- Ability to follow recipes and plate consistently under pressure
- Time management and multitasking under high-volume conditions
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge (Food Handler's Certificate is a plus)
