Hybrid Senior Product Manager at Kinaxis

Join Kinaxis as a Senior Product Manager and lead demand planning innovations. Utilize AI and analytics to transform planning capabilities in a flexible hybrid work setting. In this role, you will be part of the Demand & Inventory Product Management team. Your expertise will guide the development of customer-facing demand planning features, ensuring organizations can effectively respond to changing market conditions. Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic initiatives for demand planning solutions
- Collaborate to uncover evolving demand planning needs
- Facilitate execution in partnership with Engineering and UX
- Shape product capabilities related to forecasting and AI
- Assess product performance and iterate for continual improvement
- Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years in Product Management or related areas
- In-depth knowledge of demand planning methodologies
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
