Responsable des services de santé français

Ontario Health | Santé Ontario

Le français et l’équité en santé sont au cœur de ce poste bilingue à Santé Ontario, qui collabore avec des partenaires partout en province.

Le responsable dirige le Bureau des services de santé en français au sein de l’équipe Stratégie et conception du système de santé et mobilisation. Il contribue aux stratégies régionales d’engagement et d’équité, conformément au portefeuille Équité, inclusion, diversité et antiracisme de Santé Ontario. Le poste vise à améliorer l’accès à des services de santé en français culturellement adaptés, à soutenir le changement systémique et à travailler avec des partenaires francophones.

Responsabilités clés :

Promouvoir les stratégies régionales d’engagement et d’équité en santé
Collaborer avec les partenaires francophones régionaux et provinciaux
Améliorer l’accès aux services de santé en français
Soutenir le changement au niveau du système
Contribuer aux priorités d’équité de la communauté francophone

Exigences :

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
Expérience ou intérêt pour les services en français
Compréhension des enjeux d’équité en santé
Capacité à collaborer avec des partenaires francophones
CV soumis en anglais et en français

Contribuez à l’équité en santé, à l’engagement francophone et à l’amélioration des services avec Santé Ontario.
