Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve automated test strategies for optical components
- Implement yield improvements and test time efficiencies
- Increase fault isolation and resolution capabilities
- Support comprehensive failure analysis and corrective actions
- Oversee NPI testing at manufacturing partners
- 5+ years developing automated testing systems
- Expertise in optical or high-speed electronic systems
- Advanced programming knowledge for test environments
- Strong grasp of optical testing and manufacturing processes
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
