Our client is a dental specialty practice located within the heart of Montreal.

We are looking for a friendly, experienced detail-oriented Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to provide excellent customer service to patients.

Handling every aspect of administrative work, while also ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

This position is open to candidates with a minimum of 1 year of dental reception experience.

Responsibilities
Greet patients in a timely manner.
Convey information to patients and other staff.
Perform clerical tasks.
Efficiently handle high volume workloads.
Have smooth interpersonal communication with patients and colleagues.
Provide patient education and information on dental services.

Qualifications
dental/medical office: 1 year (required)
Language: English (required) French (required)

Dentitek experience
Must have good computer skills.
