TON RÔLE :
- Développer du code de haute qualité en respectant les meilleures pratiques
- Collaborer dans un environnement Agile avec une équipe dynamique composée de développeurs logiciel, d’architectes, d’analystes, de chargés de projets et de spécialistes assurance qualité
- Participer activement au processus de révision du code et fournir une rétroaction constructive
- Contribuer à la documentation technique interne
- Rester à l’affût des dernières tendances du développement logiciel et technique
- Comprendre, mettre en œuvre et maintenir les modèles de conception propriétaires et d’industrie
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus internes et des outils de développement
LES REQUIS :
- Baccalauréat en génie logiciel ou en technologie de l’information ou un diplôme d’études collégiales combiné à 3 années d’expérience pertinente
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans le développement de logiciels
- Excellente connaissance de nos technologies (voir ci-dessus)
- Connaissance de base des modèles de conception ainsi que de l'architecture des micro-services
- Connaissance de base de la réseautique (proxy, gestion de certificats, protocole réseau…)
- Excellente connaissance du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit)
- Capacité à communiquer, écrire et synthétiser des informations
- Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
- Bon sens de l'organisation et des priorités
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Esprit d'équipe, tact, diplomatie, autonomie, rigueur et discipline
