TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Site Contracts Administrator role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

This is a long term contract position that requires working on site in Southeast BC , following a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full contract lifecycle management process across major infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Oversee the preparation and quality assurance of RFP packages, contract documents, and bid evaluations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate contractual risks to protect the organization’s commercial interests.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to contract administrators and project controls personnel.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to define scopes, schedules, and deliverables for procurement activities.
• Monitor contractor performance, enforce contractual obligations, and manage claims, change orders, and back charges.
• Serve as the primary interface between project leadership, legal, finance, and external partners on all contract-related matters.
• Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with project execution plans and governance frameworks.
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in contract management within large-scale engineering, construction, or industrial projects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in post-award contract management.
• Proven ability to manage complex contract portfolios in multi-office or joint venture environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, risk allocation, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, engineering, and construction.
