Discounts at nearly 8700affiliated Marriott properties.The primary mandate of the position holder is to implement all actions related to optimizing room sales (ADR, RevPAR) of the hotel and banquet rooms across various market segments. Additionally, this person is responsible for managing the reservations department (3 employees) and e-commerce.As the Revenue and E-commerce Director, your main responsibilities will include:Managing revenue and e-commerce activities.Establishing pricing strategy and implementation.Setting segmentation strategy.Achieving/exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Creating and managing the revenue budget in collaboration with the directors.Playing an active role in the strategic plan, marketing plan, and budgeting processes.Managing rate loading and inventory management on our CRMs and external partners.Developing and communicating daily reports.Making informed decisions on the best rates and strategies to maximize hotel revenue.Maintaining the One Yield program.Managing the hotel’s website and online visibility.Responsible for the vitality, efficiency, and visibility of all our profiles on third-party sites (E-channels, Partners, Reviews, etc.).Responsible for coordinating SEO, PPC, CPM, CRM, retargeting, and any other associated SEM activities, whether with the Marriott chain or independently.Managing the Ritz/Marriott rewards program.Supporting the reservations team.Creating procedures and tools to empower the reservation agents.Supporting the sales and banquet team to achieve sales objectives.Actively contributing to the development and growth of hotel revenue.Administering various Marriott & PMS Opera systems (managing updates, system transitions, mapping, etc).Performing any other related tasks.
