URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Seeking Nanny For 1 Year Old, Starting January 2027 In Central Halifax.

Hi, my wife and I are looking for a nanny for our daughter starting in January 2027. She will be 13 months old at that time. Location: we are in central Halifax near the QE2 and Dalhousie, just off Quinpool road. We can provide parking. Start date: January 2027. Hours: 8am-5pm 4 days per week, likely Tuesday-Friday but this could vary with advance notice. Potential for occasional evening childcare as well but this is not a requirement. Responsibilities: Childcare for our daughter which will include bottle feeding, preparing and giving solid food meals, diaper changes. Reading to the baby, supervising independent play. Daily outings which could include nearby parks, the library, playgroups, etc. Housework: preparation of the child’s meals and clean up afterwards, as well as keeping the play area tidy. We have a very friendly dog, so comfort with dogs is a must but pet care is not required. Qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous childcare experience with strong references
• Criminal record check including vulnerable sector search
• Note: ability to drive is not required
