Job : The Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) is a clinical practitioner who integrates experience, skills, and knowledge from the nursing theory in the provision of direct patient/resident care, assessment of needs, clinical problem solving, and patient/resident and student/staff education.

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Experience in a community rural setting
- Supervisory experience is an asset
Education
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
Other Education and Training
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
- MDS training would be considered an asset.
