BuildOps, Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering, Data to lead our unified Data & AI engineering function.You will own the platforms, pipelines, quality standards, and operating discipline that power AI and ML products, reporting to the VP of Engineering. This foundational role will shape BuildOps' data strategy over the next three to five years and scale a team from early scrappiness to operational excellence.
