Lead Full Stack Java Developer at Citi

Bring your expertise to Citi as a Lead Full Stack Java Developer, where you will handle high-volume applications in the dynamic capital markets space. This senior role combines technical leadership with project management to deliver critical solutions. As part of the Inventory Management Applications team, you’ll engage in design, development, and Level 3 support of enterprise applications. Collaboration with stakeholders and teams is essential, along with driving design principles and ensuring adherence to Citi's best practices for application quality and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, high-performance Java applications
- Drive delivery of solutions in a time-bound manner
- Support migration from WebLogic to microservices
- Manage scope and requirements with stakeholders
- Inspire teams with best practices and technology improvements
- Minimum 6+ years as a Senior Java Developer
- Familiarity with ETL tools and Oracle database systems
- 5+ years of hands-on microservices development
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Proficiency with code versioning tools like Git
