Take charge of Marketing Transformation & Loyalty at EY. Lead teams that provide strategic growth solutions and engage in innovative marketing practices across Canada. In this influential Senior Manager role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering marketing and loyalty innovations. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will develop strong client relationships and lead business development efforts. You will drive thought leadership initiatives and oversee projects that ensure stakeholder satisfaction and engagement throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships
- Drive marketing solutions and business development
- Lead transformational projects with cross-functional teams
- Monitor service excellence through key performance indicators
- Champion responsible AI use in delivery processes
- Minimum of 15 years in Marketing or Loyalty leadership
- Master’s degree in business administration or similar
- Proven experience in transformation and digital innovation
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Familiarity with industry regulatory frameworks
