Hybrid Business Analyst for Military Systems

Join the effort to modernize Military Personnel Management as a Level 3 Business Analyst working with DGHCMM-M. This hybrid position emphasizes collaborative process mapping and requirement documentation. In this role, you will support the CAF’s objective to integrate diverse personnel functions through innovative business analysis practices. Your focus will be on documenting processes and supporting stakeholders in enhancing operational effectiveness, ensuring clarity, and driving data-driven decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Map designated business capabilities and stakeholder impacts
Document As-Is and To-Be processes for effective analysis
Analyze, elicit, and trace business and functional requirements
Assist in establishing acceptance criteria with key stakeholders
Recommend evidence-based options for process improvement

Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Level 3 Business Analyst
Knowledge of business process modeling tools (BPMN)
Proficiency in documenting complex business requirements
Familiarity with data modeling concepts advantageous
Security clearance eligibility for enhanced reliability
