Required Skills & Experience12+ years of experience building production ML/AI systemsBachelors degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworksExtensive experience with Gen AI, LLMs. RAG architectures, and model fine-tuningExperience designing and architecting scalable ML systems from the ground upExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and/or AzureProven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initatives through influence and expertise
