Data Governance Program Manager Hybrid Role

Lead enterprise Data Governance initiatives as a Program Manager in a hybrid work model. Drive agile delivery and stakeholder engagement while managing technologies like Databricks and Power BI. In this full-time position, you will oversee the Data Governance roadmap and manage a broad range of initiatives. With 8+ years of relevant experience required, your role involves gathering business requirements, prioritizing features, and engaging stakeholders across various teams. Your strategic thinking and stellar communication skills will help drive change management and governance adoption effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Manage Data Governance roadmap and delivery initiatives
Gather and document business requirements efficiently
Create and prioritize epics and user stories
Lead agile ceremonies across delivery teams
Engage stakeholders within business and technology groups

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
8+ years in Program Management or Data Governance
Strong experience with Agile methodologies
Expertise in Databricks and Microsoft Azure
Exceptional relationship-building skills
