Supply Chain Coordinator - Day shift (Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00)

Baxter seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator for its Mississauga warehouse to manage receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping of medical devices and healthcare products. The role involves coordinating warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting domestic and international shipments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate receiving, inspection, reconciliation, and processing of inbound medical device shipments
- Execute order picking, packing, staging, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts, transfers, and reconciliations
- Manage shipment documentation, carrier communications, delivery tracking, and waybill preparation
- Support return management processes, including RMA handling and service requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. routinely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions consistently
Compensation: $49,440-$74,160 base annually
