Bayview Kenworth, a leading dealer in heavy-duty trucks and equipment, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Truck Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
Your Role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving KENWORTH truck sales by building strong customer relationships, identifying transportation needs, and offering tailored solutions. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships
- Promote and sell new and used Kenworth trucks
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with the finance and service departments
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings
- Deliver outstanding customer service—before, during, and after the sale
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (automotive/truck sales an asset)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
