Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence and KPIs for commissary
- Identify performance gaps and implement solutions
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Optimize resources for improved operational efficiency
- Align operations through noticeable leadership presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in prepared foods operations
- Experience managing multi-site operations
- Robust financial management skills
- Proven ability to enhance operational structure
- Willingness to travel between Vernon and Burnaby
