Join Our Team as a Client Services & Operations Coordinator!

We are looking for someone who thrives bringing structure, organization, and momentum to a fast-moving consulting environment.

Ahria Consulting is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Services & Operations Coordinator to support our team across HR services, recruitment, talent development, career transitions, and client operations

This is not a traditional administrative role.

This is for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy, collaborative environment - supporting team members, managing details, coordinating projects, and helping ensure exceptional client experiences from start to finish.

From CRM management and proposal coordination to presentation development and operational support, you’ll play a key role in helping our team deliver high-quality work across multiple service lines.

As the Client Services & Operations Coordinator, you help keep the business moving by ensuring:

  • proposals and quotes are accurate,
  • presentations and reports are polished,
  • CRM information is current,

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6–12 months:

  • Consultants and leaders rely on you as a trusted operational support partner
  • Multiple projects, requests, and deadlines are managed smoothly and accurately
  • CRM data, reporting, and workflows remain organized and current
  • Client materials and presentations are polished, professional, and accurate
  • Internal operations feel more streamlined and proactive because of your support
  • Clients, candidates, and team members experience responsive, professional communication
  • You anticipate needs, solve problems, and help create structure in a fast-moving environment

What you’ll do

  • Support consultants and leadership across HR services, recruitment, career transitions, talent development, and client projects
  • Coordinate CRM activity, workflows, reporting, pipeline tracking, and data integrity within Zoho CRM
  • Prepare and format presentations, proposals, quotes, reports, contracts, and client-facing materials
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and tracking
  • Assist with project coordination, document organization, task management, and operational workflows
  • Manage multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Help improve systems, templates, workflows, and operational efficiency across the team
  • Provide polished, responsive support to clients, candidates, and internal team members

About You

You are:

Technical Requirements & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, HR support, recruitment, or professional services environments
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Administration or a related field
  • Strong CRM experience ( Zoho CRM strongly preferred )
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Experience supporting proposals, presentations, reports, contracts, or client-facing documentation
  • Comfortable managing multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
