Mortgage Business Development Manager

Build mortgage business through real estate partnerships and client advisory expertise at National Bank in a hybrid work environment. French is required.As a Mortgage Development Manager, you support clients throughout their homeownership journey. You develop external business, collaborate with internal teams, and recommend mortgage strategies aligned with client needs. Your work connects clients with insurance, banking, and investment specialists when appropriate.Key Responsibilities:
Identify client needs and recommend suitable mortgage strategiesBuild lasting relationships with real estate brokers and home buildersDevelop digital and in-person market visibility strategiesParticipate actively in business development activities and eventsApply established processes and regulatory requirements rigorouslyRequirements:
College diploma or equivalent post-secondary educationAt least two years of business development experienceFinancial services experience is ideally includedKnowledge of financing, insurance, investments, and banking servicesFrench language proficiency and strong professional rigorBring mortgage advisory, partnership development, and client service expertise to National Bank’s residential financing team.
