You will guide personas across discovery, evaluation, trial, and enterprise journeys. The office-centric hybrid schedule includes standard in-office days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.Key Responsibilities:
Set a customer-journey-led vision for asana.ComOwn conversion and pipeline measurement frameworksPrioritize global roadmaps using research and analyticsOversee CMS architecture, performance, and Core Web VitalsLead web engineering and localization teamsRequirements:
Web strategy leadership for complex B2B SaaS websitesMeasurable conversion and sales pipeline impactPeople leadership across technical or multidisciplinary teamsFluency in CMS platforms and modern web architectureExperience scaling international localization strategiesBring web strategy, analytics, CMS, and team leadership expertise to grow Asana’s global digital experience from Vancouver.
