Senior Seller Experience Specialist

Drive seller growth as a Senior Seller Experience Specialist through proactive account ownership, onboarding leadership, and data-led engagement in an assigned market.
At RB Global, this senior specialist owns post-contract seller relationships from onboarding through the full lifecycle. You will lead kickoff calls, use Salesforce and Seller Health Score data, and guide proactive partnerships. The role connects sellers with internal teams while identifying friction, expansion signals, and retention opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding kickoffs and clarify seller expectations
- Serve as the market lifecycle point of contact
- Run quarterly business reviews using Salesforce data
- Track friction and own seller escalations end-to-end
- Identify expansion signals and support seller retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Five to seven-plus years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience owning accounts or a defined market
- Salesforce fluency and comfort with health scores
- In-market residence, remote compatibility, and twenty to thirty percent travel
