Key Responsibilities: • Lead senior analysts on vendor portfolio activities • Monitor Service Level Agreements and report breaches • Manage performance tracking and reporting • Facilitate contract reviews and negotiations • Ensure compliance with vendor management systems

Requirements: • 5 to 7 years in vendor management roles • Strong knowledge of Retail Payments and Financial services • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools • People management experience preferred
