As they continue to expand their Commercial Division, they are looking for a relationship-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join their team.

The Role This is not a hunter role focused on cold calling. You will inherit a strong, established book of business and become the trusted advisor for commercial roofing contractors, builders, and key customers throughout the Halifax region.

Your role is to strengthen relationships, educate customers on products and solutions, and ensure every project receives exceptional service from quote to completion.

The territory is primarily based in Halifax, with approximately 10% travel throughout Nova Scotia, including occasional visits to Cape Breton.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing and growing an established commercial customer base.
• Building long-term relationships with commercial contractors and builders.
• Providing product recommendations and technical guidance.
• Following up on quotations and completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with manufacturer representatives on project opportunities.
• Attending industry trade shows, networking events, and customer functions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Becoming the trusted resource customers rely on for advice and support.
